thence northwesterly along Rohnerville Road one mile, more or less, to the north line of said Section 13, and being the south boundary of the city limits of the City of Fortuna;

thence westerly along said south boundary, northerly along the west boundary, easterly along the north boundary, and southerly along the east boundary of said city limits of Fortuna, through Sections 13, 12, 11, 2 and 3, T. 2N., R. 1W., Section 34, 27, 26, 35, 25 and 36, T. 3N., R. 1W., and Section 1, T. 2N., R. 1W., H.B. &M., to the point where Loop Road intersects the west line of the east half of the northeast quarter of said Section 1;
