BEGINNING at a point where the west margin of Humboldt Bay intersects the south line of Section 3, T. 5 N., R. 1 W., H. B. & M.;

thence east three and one-half miles, more or less, to the northeast corner of Section 7, T. 5 N., R. 1 E., H. B. & M.;

thence south one and one-half miles, more or less, to the quarter corner on the east line of Section 18, same township;

thence east on the quarter section line to the south right of way line of U.S. Highway 101;

thence northeasterly along the south right of way line to the intersection with the east line of Indianola Road;

thence south 32 degrees 37 minutes 00 seconds east 1234 feet, more or less;

thence south 27 degrees 23 minutes 00 seconds west 100 feet;

thence south 47 degrees 23 minutes 00 seconds west 11.62 feet;

thence south 24 degrees 44 minutes 37 seconds west 40 feet to the south line of Indianola Cutoff Road;

thence northwesterly along the south line of Indianola Road 301.29 feet to the east line of the Walker Point Road;

thence southerly along the east line of Walker Point Road to the quarter line of Section 17;

thence north on the quarter section line 500 feet, more or less, to the northeast corner of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 17;

thence west one-quarter mile;

thence south one-quarter mile;

thence west one-quarter mile to the northwest corner of Section 20;

thence south 3100 feet, more or less, to the centerline of Fay Slough;

thence northwesterly and southwesterly along said centerline to a point located 62 degrees 21 minutes east 1680 feet, more or less, from a point which is east 130 feet, more or less, of the center west sixteenth corner of Section 19, T. 5 N., R. 1 E.;

thence north 62 degrees 21 minutes west 1680 feet, more or less, to said point which is east 130 feet, more or less, of the center west sixteenth corner of Section 19, T. 5 N., R. 1 E.;

thence west 8800 feet, more or less, to the south bank of Eureka Slough;

thence easterly along the said south bank to the subdivision line running north and south through the center of Section 24, T. 5 N., R. 1 W., H. B. & M.;

thence following said line south to a point which is 897 feet north of the south line of Section 24;

thence east 700.61 feet;

thence south 530.97 feet;

thence east 171.47 feet;

thence south 366 feet to the south line of Section 24;

thence east 1000 feet, more or less, to the U.S. Meander Line;

thence south 16 degrees east along said Meander Line to the quarter corner on the east line of Section 25, T. 5 N., R. 1 W.;

thence south 30 feet to the south line of Trinity Street;

thence west 330 feet;

thence south 20 degrees west 452.76 feet to the north line of Glenwood Avenue;

thence east 210 feet, more or less, to the centerline of Loggie Street (abandoned);

thence south on said center line to the center line of Myrtle Avenue;

thence east along the centerline of Myrtle Avenue to the Humboldt Community Services District boundary as described in Volume 224, Page 50, Official Records of Humboldt County, being a point 99.9 feet west of the east line of Section 25, T. 5N., R. 1W., H.B. & M.;

thence along said boundary the following 3 courses:

thence south parallel with the east line of said Section 25, a distance of 700 feet;

thence east 50.5 feet;

thence south parallel with the east line of said Section 25, a distance of 850 feet, to the centerline of Harris Street;

thence west along the centerline of Harris Street to the east line of Section 26, T. 5N. R. 1W., H.B. &M.;

thence north along the east line of said Section 26, to the southeast corner of the north half of the north half of the southeast quarter of said Section 26;

thence west along said line, 1320 feet, to the centerline of W Street projected northerly;

thence south along said line, 200 feet, to the centerline of Henderson Street, projected easterly;

thence west along said line and the centerline of Henderson Street, 6200 feet, to the centerline of Williams Street;

thence south along the centerline of Williams Street, 850 feet, to the centerline of Harris Street;

thence west along the centerline of Harris Street 1300 feet to the centerline of California Street;

thence south 2640 feet along the centerline of California Street, and its southerly projection to the centerline of Allard Avenue projected easterly;

thence west in a direct line to the westerly margin of Humboldt Bay;

thence, following the West margin of Humboldt Bay Southerly and Westerly to a point where the shoreline of the Pacific Ocean intersects the North entrance to Humboldt Bay;

thence, Northerly along the shoreline of the Pacific Ocean to its intersection with the South line of Section 9, Township 5 North, Range 1 West, H. B. & M.;

thence, East along said South line Section 9 to the centerline of New Navy Base Road (Co. Rd. No. F3K010);

thence, Northerly along the centerline of New Navy Base Road to its centerline intersection with State Highway 255, which lies in Section 10, Township 5 North, Range 1 West, H. B. & M.;

thence, Southeasterly along the centerline of State Highway 255 to the North and West margin of Humboldt Bay;

thence following the west margin of Humboldt Bay northeasterly to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
