The purpose of this Chapter is to establish local procedures for the consideration, implementation and administration of Development Agreements as authorized by Title 7, Division 1, Chapter 4, Article 2.5, commencing with Section 65864 of the California Government Code. (Ord. 2399, § 1, 9/16/2008)
