This Chapter authorizes the County of Humboldt, at its sole discretion, to enter into a development agreement with any qualified applicant for the development of real property. The provisions of this Chapter are applicable throughout the unincorporated area of the County of Humboldt. (Ord. 2399, § 1, 9/16/2008)
