The purpose of the Humboldt County Delinquency Prevention Commission shall be to cooperate with and assist in coordinating on a county-wide basis governmental and nongovernmental agencies engaged in activities designed to prevent juvenile delinquency. (Ord. 819, § 2, 1/11/1972)
