2412-1. Creation of the Department of Humboldt County Health and Human Services.

The Humboldt County Department of Health and Human Services is hereby created, which department shall be under the supervision of a Department Head to be known as Director of the Health and Human Services Department, who shall be employed by the Board of Supervisors.
