Director of Health and Human Services, Public Guardian, shall file an official bond in an amount fixed, from time to time, by the Board of Supervisors. The bond shall be for the joint benefit of the several guardianship or conservatorship estates and the County of Humboldt. The Director of Health and Human Services, Public Guardian, shall not be required to file bonds in individual guardianship estates. (Ord. 2318, § 2, 6/8/2004)
