2419-1. Creation of the Humboldt County Department of Aviation.

(a) The Humboldt County Department of Aviation is hereby created.
(b) The Department of Aviation shall be charged with the enforcement and administration of all laws, ordinances, and policies regarding aviation and County airports. (Ord. 2609, § 1, 8/28/2018)
