Parking spaces which are assigned and reserved for public agency vehicles bearing exempt license plates may be used on a first-come, first-serve basis by such vehicles in County parking lots identified in subsections (a), (b), (c), (d) (e), (f), (g), (h), and (i) of § 261.5-1.
