The Director shall have the authority to revoke a permit immediately upon his/her finding a violation of any rule or Code section or permit condition. The Director shall notify the permittee of the reasons for the revocation. A permittee whose permit has been revoked may appeal such revocation within the time and in the manner specified in § 263-4 of this chapter. (Ord. 1651, § 4, 8/7/1984)
