263-7. Violations and Penalty.

Any person, firm or corporation convicted of violating the provisions of § 263-3 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Each act in violation of § 263-3 of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 1513, § 2, 3/2/1982)
