Signs reading “Skateboards Prohibited” in letters not less than one inch (1") in height, or depicting a picture of a skateboard or in-line skate over which appears the international symbol of prohibition (a red circle and slash), and referencing this chapter of the County Code, shall be clearly and conspicuously posted on county property whereon skateboards and skates are prohibited.
