266-4. Penalty for Violation.
This section is included in your selections.
(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to use a skateboard, in-line skates, or similar device upon any County property which has been posted pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 2221, § 1, 8/29/2000)
(b) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction punishable as follows:
(1) for a first offense, by a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00);
(2) for a second offense within one year, by a fine not exceeding two hundred dollars ($200.00);
(3) for a third and each additional offense within one year, by a fine not exceeding two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00). (Ord. 2221, § 1, 8/29/2000)
