No person in a park shall sell or offer for sale any article or things; or station or place any stand, cart or vehicle for the transportation, sale or display of any such article or thing; or announce, advertise or call the public attention in any way to any article or service for sale or hire. Exception is hereby made as to any concessionaire acting by and under the authority and regulation of the Director, pursuant to order of the Board of Supervisors. (Repealed and reenacted by Ord. 2265, § 1, 3/5/2002)
