Scientific research projects that may cause a disturbance of the natural condition or otherwise cause possible violation of this chapter shall be allowed only by permit obtained from the Director. (Ord. 758, § 4, 4/13/1971; repealed and reenacted by Ord. 2265, § 1, 3/5/2002)
