271-22. Additional Rules and Regulations.
(a) The Director is authorized to issue such rules and regulations as he deems necessary and appropriate to carry out the provisions of this chapter. Any such regulations issued by the Director shall:
(1) Be consistent with the intent and purpose of this chapter; (Repealed and reenacted by Ord. 2265, § 1, 3/5/2002)
(2) Recognize the most current scientific and technical information relevant to the subject matter of the regulation; (Repealed and reenacted by Ord. 2265, § 1, 3/5/2002)
(3) Be adopted by Resolution of the Board of Supervisors; and (Repealed and reenacted by Ord. 2265, § 1, 3/5/2002)
