271-23. Penalty.

(a) Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction punishable by a fine not exceeding $500. (Repealed and reenacted by Ord. 2265, § 1, 3/5/2002)
(b) Any vehicle found in violation of § 271-9 or § 271-13(c) may be towed at owner’s expense by park personnel or any peace officer. Unclaimed vehicles will be turned over to the Sheriff Department’s Abandoned Vehicle Program. (Repealed and reenacted by Ord. 2265, § 1, 3/5/2002)
