3111-5. Inspection Authority.
This section is included in your selections.
(a) Inspection shall be made pursuant to Section 3111-6 by:
(1) the Planning Director or his/her designee, or (Ord. 1952, § 1, 12/17/1991)
(2) the Director of the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) or his/her designee. (Ord. 1952, § 1, 12/17/1991; Ord. 2540, Section 1, 11/17/2015)
(b) The County shall report violations of these regulations to the CAL FIRE Unit headquarters with responsibility for SRA fire protection for the County. (Ord. 1952, § 1, 12/17/1991; Ord. 2540, Section 1, 11/17/2015)
