26.1.1A report has been prepared and reviewed or waived pursuant to this section; and, (Former Section CZ#A315-16(H)(1)(a))

26.1.2A project as proposed will not cause or allow a structure for human occupancy to be placed within fifty (50) feet of a trace of an active fault; and, (Former Section CZ#A315- 16(H)(1)(b))

26.1.3The project otherwise conforms to the recommendations and conclusions of the geologic report that has been concurred with by the County reviewing geologist; and, (Former Section CZ#A315-16(H)(1)(c))

26.1.4The project is not in conflict with any of the County reviewing geologist’s final recommendations. (Former Section CZ#A315-16(H)(1)(d))
