62.1 TEMPORARY USES

62.1.1 Temporary Uses Permitted with a Special Permit. The following temporary uses may be permitted upon obtaining a Special Permit, subject to the following conditions: (Former Section CZ#A314-37(A))
62.1.1.1 Special Events and Attractions. Circus, Carnival, Outdoor Event, or Similar Assemblage of People: The temporary gathering of people for a circus, carnival, or other outdoor event, or similar assemblage of people and motorized vehicles may be permitted with a Special Permit in all zones except residential zones. 62.1.1.2 Other Temporary Uses. Temporary uses not specifically identified in this section and not normally associated with and accessory to uses permitted in these regulations.
