58.1 PUBLIC USES

Public uses as defined in this Code, shall be permitted in any zone without the necessity of first obtaining a Use Permit. However, the locations of proposed public uses shall be submitted to the Planning Commission for recommendation at least thirty (30) days prior to the acquisition of sites or rights-of-way for the public use.
