62.1 TEMPORARY USES

62.1.1 Special Events and Attractions. No circus, carnival, open-air or drive-in theater, automobile racetrack, religious revival tent, or similar assemblage of people and motorized vehicles shall be permitted in any zone unless a Use Permit is first secured in each case. 62.2 TIMBER PRODUCTION

Timber Production as defined in this Code, and not regulated by a California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection Timber Harvest Plan shall be allowed with a Special Permit in RS, R-1, R-2, R-3, and R-4 zones. Timber production activities in other than residential zones shall be as provided by the regulations for the individual zoning district.
