Prior to filing a Tentative Subdivision Map for a Final Map subdivision, it is recommended that six (6) copies of a preliminary map be submitted to the Planning Department for preliminary review by the Subdivision Technical Review Committee. The County may submit a copy to the Water Quality Control Board, North Coast Region, for informational purposes. A preliminary map may also be submitted for a Parcel Map subdivision.
