At the time the Tentative Subdivision Map is submitted, the subdivider shall pay to the County of Humboldt at the office of the Planning Department the processing fee prescribed in § 322-2 of this division. Refund of said fees, or portions thereof, may be made to the extent and in the manner provided for by resolution adopted by the Board of Supervisors.
