At the written request of the developer, existing legal nonconforming housing shall not contribute to the overall General Plan density of proposed new subdivisions.

Existing legal nonconforming housing shall not contribute to the overall General Plan density of proposed new subdivisions; provided, that the nonconforming units are located on a remainder parcel, and any new parcels created conform to the density standard under the General Plan.
