The Board of Supervisors hereby reserves the right to hear and decide all matters, decisions and actions taken under the authority of the subdivision regulations of the County of Humboldt. Within the time prescribed for appeals, the Board of Supervisors by its own motion may review and decide any action or decision of the Advisory Agency. The Board of Supervisors’ decision in the matter shall be made after conducting a public hearing which has been duly noticed in the manner required by the Subdivision Map Act for appeals.
