Any improvements made which have been done without complying with the procedures set forth in §§  326-2 through 326-5 and §§  326-11 through 326-16 of this chapter will not be accepted for maintenance by the County of Humboldt. (Ord. 1146, § 66, 7.19/77, 7/19/1977)
