Prior to filing the Final Map, Parcel Map or Instrument of Waiver, the subdivider must meet or comply with the conditions of approval of the Tentative Subdivision Map. If improvements were required, the subdivider shall either have completed the improvements or have executed an agreement with the County to complete the improvements.
