This chapter shall be known and cited as the “Building, Plumbing, Electrical, and Mechanical Code of the County of Humboldt.” In any administrative action taken by any public official under the authority set forth in this Code, the use of the term “Building Code,” unless further modified, shall also refer to and mean this division.
