331-21. Fire Zones.
For the purposes of the Building, Plumbing and Electrical Code, the unincorporated area of the County of Humboldt is hereby declared to be and the same hereby is a fire district, which said district shall comprise three (3) fire zones respectively known and designated as Fire Zone 1, Fire Zone 2, and Fire Zone 3. The territory or portion of the County of Humboldt included in each of the aforesaid fire zones is more particularly designated or described as follows:
(a) Fire Zone 1. No territory or portion of the County of Humboldt is designated or described as Fire Zone 1. (Ord. 561, § 2, 5/17/1966)
(b) Fire Zone 2. Fire Zone 2 is hereby created and shall include the unincorporated area of the County of Humboldt described as follows:

(c) Fire Zone 3. Fire Zone 3 is hereby created and shall include and comprise all the territory or portion of the County of Humboldt not included in either Fire Zone 1 or Fire Zone 2 above. (Ord. 561, § 4, 5/17/1966)
