Each applicant for a building permit pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall, at the time of making such application, submit a plan for the proposed structure. Such plans shall contain a general description of the structure and all necessary specific information to reasonably facilitate a determination by the Chief Building Official of conformance with all applicable codes, including the provisions of this chapter. The plans may include a simplified diagram of the single-item floor plan and site evaluation in order to determine the appropriate dimensions of structural members. (Ord. 1644, § 2, 7/17/1984)
