The provisions of the Geologic Hazards Regulations shall be in addition to requirements imposed by all other Zoning and Development Regulations. Whenever the provisions of these regulations conflict with or are inconsistent in application with any other regulations, including any conflict with the County Grading Ordinance (Section 331-14), the most restrictive regulations shall apply.
