(a) This Chapter shall apply to all water entering the County storm drain system or waters of the U.S. generated on any developed and undeveloped lands lying within the unincorporated areas of Humboldt County determined by the State Water Resources Control Board to be subject to permit coverage under the MS4 General Permit. Maps depicting the areas subject to the MS4 General Permit are on file and available at the Public Works Department and Department of Planning and Building. (Ord. 2532, § 1, 5/26/2015)
