Once the County receives full payment of the Abatement Costs, Administrative Costs and/or Attorney’s Fees incurred during the performance of the actions required to correct the condition or conditions found to constitute a Nuisance, the code Enforcement Unit will either record a Notice of Satisfaction or provide each Owner, Beneficial Owner, Occupier and any other person in charge or control of the affected Property with a Notice of Satisfaction for recordation at the Humboldt County Clerk-Recorder’s Office. Such notice shall cancel the Nuisance Abatement Assessment Lien. (Ord. 2576, § 4, 6/27/2017)
