Upon entry of a second or subsequent civil or criminal judgment for a Violation that may be abated in accordance with the Nuisance Abatement procedures set forth in this Division within a two-year period, the court may order the Responsible Party to pay treble damages. (Ord. 2576, § 5, 6/27/2017)
