It shall be unlawful and an infraction for any person to drive a vehicle upon the portion of Davison Road (County Road No. 4R400) referred to in § 414-1 of this chapter in violation of the length and width limitations prescribed therein. Every person convicted of such infraction shall be punished upon first conviction by a fine not exceeding Fifty Dollars ($50.00), and for a second conviction within a period of one (1) year by a fine not exceeding One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), and for a third or any subsequent conviction within said period of one (1) year by a fine not exceeding Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00).
