It shall be unlawful and a misdemeanor for any person to drive a vehicle across South Dobbyn Creek Bridge (County Bridge No. 04C0064) referred to in Section 414-3 in violation of the length and width limitations prescribed therein. Every person convicted of such misdemeanor shall be punished by a fine not exceeding ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) and/or imprisonment for a term not exceeding six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
