415-1. Moore Avenue.

(a) Description. It is hereby found and declared that the following described privately owned and maintained road is generally held open to the public for purposes of vehicular travel to serve commercial establishments:
That certain forty foot wide street shown as Moore Avenue on the map of Hartford park, filed January 18, 1927, in Book 11, page 64 of Maps, Humboldt County, California. (Ord. 949, § 2, 10/16/1973)
(b) Authorization. Pursuant to the provisions of § 21107.6 of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, the provisions of the Vehicle Code shall apply to the private owned and maintained road known as Moore Avenue, which is described in § 415-1(a) of this chapter. (Ord. 949, § 2, 10/16/1973)
