Every person who shall, without permission of the Director of Public Works or his agent, climb upon any railing, cable, tower or superstructure of any county bridge or otherwise trespass on any portion of such bridge which is not intended for public use, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.

The provisions of this section shall not apply to persons engaged in the operation, maintenance or repair of such bridge. (Ord. 1404, § 1, 6/3/1980)
