Golf carts are permitted to utilize the portion of Lake Benbow Drive (Co. Road No. 6B183) from p.m. 0.00 to p.m. 0.33 (p.k. 0.00 to p.k. 0.51) and to utilize the portion of Benbow Drive (Co.
