The Board of Supervisors of the County of Humboldt may from time to time, by resolution, prescribe such rules and regulations as may be needed to protect the golf cart users and regular motor vehicle traffic on said portions of said County roads. (Ord. 1830, § 1, 5/3/1988; Ord. 1844, § 1, 8/23/1988)
