The speed limit for the highways or portions thereof designated as follows is determined and declared to be five (5) miles per hour (ten (10) km/h): (Ord. 2351, § 9, 12/06/2005)

(1) Bridge No. 4C-180 (Viaduct Bridge). Pursuant to Vehicle Code §§ 21109 and 22403, the prima facie speed limit for Viaduct Bridge (County Bridge No. 4C-180) on Ishi Pishi Road (County Road No. 9R100) is hereby determined and declared to be five (5) miles per hour (ten (10) km/h) for all buses, motor trucks and truck tractors.

(2) Bridge No. 4C-48 (Zanes Road Covered Bridge). Pursuant to Vehicle Code §§ 21109 and 22403, the prima facie speed limit for Zanes Road Covered Bridge (County Bridge No. 4C-48) on Zanes Road (County Road No. 3J280) from Post Mile 0.087 to Post Mile 0.114 (P.K. 0.140 to P.K. 0.183) is hereby determined and declared to be five (5) miles per hour.

(3) Bridge No. 4C-47 (Elk River Bridge). Pursuant to Vehicle Code §§ 21109 and 22403, the prima facie speed limit for Elk River Bridge, also known as the Berta Road Covered Bridge (County Bridge No. 4C-47), on Berta Road (County Road No. 3J260) from Post Mile 0.140 to Post Mile 0.166 (P.K. 0.225 to P.K. 0.267) is hereby determined and declared to be five (5) miles per hour.
