The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited at all times on the east side of California Street (County Road No. 2G065) in the Ferndale area from P.M. 0.00 to P.M. 0.38 (P.K. 0.00 to P.K. 0.60). The restriction provided by this subsection shall be applicable only on those days devoted to the Humboldt County Fair, and when appropriate signs giving notice that parking is restricted have been posted at intervals not to exceed 500 feet along said east side of California Street (County Road No. 2G065).
