431-28. Parking on Empire Avenue.

(a) The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited from the hour of 8:00 a.m. to the hour of 4:00 p.m. on the north side of Empire Avenue (County Road No. 6B065) between Post Mile 0.24 and Post Mile 0.27 (P.K. 0.39 to P.K. 0.43). The restriction provided herein shall not be applicable on Saturdays, Sundays or legal holidays and shall be applicable only from the 1st day of September until the 15th day of June of any year. (b) The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited at all times on the east side of Empire Avenue (County Road No. 6B065) from Post Mile 0.047 to Post Mile 0.143 (P.K. 0.076 to P.K. 0.230). (Ord. 2506, § 3, 9/10/2013)
