(a) The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited at all times on the north side of Fern Street (County Road No. C3K210) between Post Mile 0.426 and Post Mile 0.440 (P.K. 0.69 and P.K. 0.71) and on the north side of Fern Street (County Road No. C3K210) between Post Mile 0.0 and Post Mile 0.014 (P.K. 0.0 and P.K. 0.023) and on the south side of Fern Street (County Road No. C3K210) between Post Mile 0.41 and Post Mile 0.44 (P.K. 0.66 and P.K. 0.71) and on the south side of Fern Street (County Road No. C3K210) between Post Mile 0.0 and Post Mile 0.026 (P.K. 0.0 and P.K. 0.040).

(b) Parking is restricted to a maximum of one hour at all times on the north side of Fern Street (County Road No. C3K210) between Post Mile 0.014 and Post Mile 0.035 (P.K. 0.02 and P.K. 0.06).
