The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited at all times on both sides of Fickle Hill Road (County Road No. C5J040) from Post Mile 0.000 to Post Mile 0.248 (P.K. 0.000 to P.K. 0.399) and both sides of Fickle Hill Road (County Road No. 5J040) from Post Mile 10.819 to Post Mile 11.150 (P.K. 17.411 to P.K. 17.944).
