The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited at all times on the north side of Herrick Avenue (County Road No. A3J410) between Post Mile 0.77 and Post Mile 0.87 (P.K. 1.24 to P.K. 1.40) and on the south side of Herrick Avenue (County Road No. A3J410) between Post Mile 0.79 and Post Mile 0.87 (P.K. 1.28 to P.K. 1.40). The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. on the south side of Herrick Avenue (County Road No. A3J410) from Post Mile 0.0 to Post Mile 0.02 (P.K. 0.0 to P.K. 0.03).
