Pursuant to Section 22503 of the Vehicle Code, angle parking is hereby permitted on the west side of Jacoby Creek Road (County Road No. C4K230) – from Post Mile 0.040 to Post Mile 0.067 (P.K. 0.064 to P.K. 0.108). As used herein, “angle parking” shall mean that any vehicle so parked must be placed parallel to and between the delineation lines painted on the roadway. Any vehicle parallel parked, or so as to occupy portions of two (2) or more delineated parking areas, shall be deemed to be parked in violation of this section. (Ord. 2701, § 8, 12/6/2022)
