431-65. Parking in McKinleyville.

(a) The parking of vehicles is prohibited at all times in each of the following locations:

(1) Anderson Road. On both sides of Anderson Road (County Road No. 4L870) from Post Mile 0.12 to Post Mile 0.15 (P.K. 0.19 to P.K. 0.24).

(1.1) Bates Road. On the north side of Bates Road (County Road No. 4M106) from Post Mile 0.00 (P.K. 0.00) to Post Mile 0.52 (P.K. 0.83). (Ord. 2251, § 2, 8/14/2001)

(1.5) Betty Court. On both sides of Betty Court (County Road 4L193) from Post Mile 0.0 (P.K. 0.0) to Post Mile 0.11 (P.K. 0.18). (Ord. 2337, § 2, 1/18/2005)

(B) The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited at all times on the east side of Central Avenue (County Road No. A4L800) from Post Mile 2.103 to Post Mile 2.170 (P.K. 3.384 to P.K. 3.492) and from Post Mile 2.188 to Post Mile 2.199 (P.K. 3.521 to P.K. 3.539). (Ord. 2547, § 2, 3/22/2016)

(3) Central Avenue. On both sides of Central Avenue (County Road No. A4L800) from its intersection with Norton Road (County Road No.4M210) to Balboa Road (County Road No. 4M230), Post Mile 2.78 to Post Mile 3.90 (P.K. 4.40 to P.K. 6.18), on days designated by the Board of Supervisors for the conduct of air shows at the Arcata/Eureka Airport.

(3.1) Fischer Avenue. The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited at all times on the east side of Fischer Avenue (County Road No. 4L830) between Post Mile 0.62 and Post Mile 0.66 (P.K. 1.00 to P.K. 1.06). (Ord. 2518, § 1, 9/23/2014)

The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited on the north side of Murray Road (County Road C3M020) from Post Mile 0.05 through Post Mile 0.24 (P.K. 0.08 through P.K. 0.39) and on the north side from Post Mile 0.010 to Post Mile 0.028 (P.K. 0.016 to P.K. 0.045) and on the north side from Post Mile 0.58 through Post Mile 0.93 (P.K. 0.93 through P.K. 1.50) and on the south side from Post Mile 0.35 through Post Mile 0.66 (P.K. 0.56 through P.K. 1.06) and on the south side from Post Mile 0.70 through Post Mile 0.75 (P.K. 1.13 through P.K. 1.21) and on the south side from Post Mile 0.91 through Post Mile 1.10 (P.K. 1.46 through P.K. 1.77). (b) The parking of vehicles is prohibited from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. at the following locations:

(d) The parking or standing of vehicles is prohibited from 7:00 am through 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday (except holidays) at the following locations:
