(a) The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited from the hour of 7:00 a.m. to the hour of 4:00 p.m. on the south side of Oak Street (County Road No. C3K190) between Post Mile 0.03 and Post Mile 0.04 (P.K. 0.05 to P.K. 0.06). The restriction provided herein shall not be applicable on Saturdays, Sundays or legal holidays and shall be applicable only from the 1st day of September until the 15th day of June of any year.
